Kovacic Orthopedic Tool & Supply Corp. warrants its products to the original purchaser thereof to be free from Defects in Material and Workmanship for a period of 1 to 10 years depending on the product purchased. Not Including : Direct or Indirect Damage caused by Accident
Abuse, Alternation, Misuse, Repair, Neglect, Normal Wear, or Lack of Maintanence.

Providing a Invoice Number as a Reference. Once approved a RA # will be Issued to Confirm the Return and the Sender will be Responsible for Shipping with a Re-Stocking Fee of 25% ( which may be waived ), Unless it is our Error ( Wrong Shipment, Manufacturing Defect, Other ) but the Item must be in It's Original Condition, otherwise it can't be Re-Sold at it's Original Price.

In No Event and Any circumstance will Kovacic Orthopedic Tool & Supply Corp. Nor It's Service Providers and Any Other Party involved in the Creation and Supply of Any products be held Liable to Any Party for Any Damages, Business Interruptions, or Revenue, Due to Use and Non-Use of Any Product(s).
